PCA's Central City Planning & Development (CCPD) Committee: Downtown Phoenix is being built in real time, and the decisions that shape what gets built, where, and how don’t happen by accident. This committee is where developers, property owners, architects, city staff, and community partners come together to move projects forward and strengthen the development environment in Greater Downtown. PCA has a long track record of helping unlock catalytic development through smart public-private partnership. Today, this committee focuses on the practical work that makes a real difference.

Time: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 

The agenda packet will be shared prior to the meeting. In person attendance is preferred, but for Members that can only attend remotely, a Zoom Link is available.

Light rail/bike/scooter: Downtown Phoenix Hub/Central Ave, then take the escalator to the second level.

Parking:

Park in either CityScape garage and bring your ticket for validation. Or take a Lift or Waymo!
