Fork & Dagger Hospitality is an independent hospitality company based in Phoenix, Arizona and was founded in 2000. Founder and CEO Julian Wright, Arizona State University Graduate, has opened several restaurants and bars around the Valley. Some of the concepts he is best known for are La Bocca Pizzeria and Wine Bar, Canteen Modern Tequila Bar, Pedal Haus Brewery, and Luckys Indoor Outdoor. He is also making a big push in 2021 bringing new concepts to downtown Phoenix including Kähvi Coffee + Cafe, Sake Haus and a Pedal Haus downtown Phoenix. Julian has built a successful career by focusing on unique concepts with a strong emphasis on staff morale, customer loyalty, and community relations. He was the winner of the 2016 Restauranteur of the Year Award given by the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame.
