Dr. Mareshah Dunning is a licensed naturopathic physician and the founder of Solutions Regenerative Medicine, a platform dedicated to advancing awareness of integrative, sustainable approaches to pain, performance, and overall health. She is a staff physician practicing at the Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine, where she focus on individualized, minimally invasive therapies for musculoskeletal and connective tissue conditions with a holistic approach. She provides clinical care at the Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine, where she blends advanced regenerative therapies, image-guided procedures, biomechanics, physical medicine, functional diagnostics, nutritional strategies, physiomodalites, traditional chinese medicine, lifestyle interventions and much more to address complex pain conditions, support long-term recovery, improve quality of life, and improve athletic performance.Dr. Dunning also serves as the Faculty Lead of the Regenerative Medicine Honors Track at Sonoran University of Health Sciences, where she teaches clinical students and mentors future physicians in advanced pain management and regenerative techniques. Sonoran is a nonprofit institution encompassing the naturopathic medical school, a master’s program in clinical nutrition, the Ric Scalzo Institute for Botanical Research, the Neil Riordan Center, and the Sage Foundation, which extends care to underserved communities through its network of teaching clinics.Through her work, Dr. Dunning supports Sonoran’s commitment to innovative, whole-person care bridging clinical practice, medical education, research, and public outreach to strengthen the health of the greater Phoenix community. Dr. Dunning is helping shape the future of integrative pain care and proudly contributes to the growth of Phoenix’s dynamic health and bioscience landscape.
