PCA's Social and Housing Advancement (SHA) Committee activates a thriving, inclusive Greater Downtown Phoenix by championing affordable housing and homelessness solutions alongside a connected Downtown educational system and workforce opportunities, recognizing that stable housing and strong schools are interdependent foundations of community health.
