Join us for the November Central City Planning & Development Committee meeting!
The Central City Planning & Development Committee’s current initiative is to work with the City of Phoenix to detail and refine the recurring challenges developers of various types and sizes encounter. The objective is to take a solution-oriented approach to work with the city to help simplify the process, saving time and money. We also want to highlight what worked — a “the good, the bad, the what-we-wish-was-better” discussion.
This month, PCA Committees are discussing their 2020 public policy initiatives and work plan. We encourage you to come prepared to Thursday’s meeting with any ideas you have for the Committee in 2020.
