For the past 16 years, Mark A. Davis has been an accomplished real estate developer in Phoenix.  In April 2017 he launched a cutting-edge firm, 48 Development Co., which focuses on urban infill development projects that transform the built environment utilizing collaboration and innovation with a variety of partners. Mark’s company name is a nod to this grandfather who started a real estate development business in the 48th State in 1948, and Mark is honored to be the third generation continuing this legacy.
Mark’s most recent accomplishments with 48 Development Co. include:

– Owner and Developer of an adaptive re-use project adjacent to Tempe Marketplace.  Acting as the Principal, sourced the acquisiton, debt, and equity on the property.

– Private Lender for a new Starbucks Coffee drive-thru on 7th Ave & Roosevelt. Also assisted owner with entitlements, construction and tenant coordination.

– Construction Management for The Office Bowl, a 4,000 SF co-working space in a Phoenix Historic District. Completed a previously stalled construction project for owners by engaging contractors to tasks.

– Development manager for Enterprises Deer Valley, an 80,000 SF infill general industrial development project in the heart of the Deer Valley market.
