Join us for a two-part tour exploring developments in Downtown Phoenix – Fillmore South on Friday, September 16, 8 – 10 am.
Meeting Location: The Rey Downtown | 400 N 2nd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85003
Parking Information: We encourage attendees to walk, utilize the light rail, public transportation, or rideshare. Limited free parking is accessible from Fillmore St in the 1st-floor visitor parking lot at The Rey Downtown’s parking garage.
Here’s what’s in store:
– Part One (8 am) – Network with new friends from the Central City Planning & Development Committee and tour through new multi-family developments and ground-floor retail spaces. Featured projects: The Rey Downtown & AVE Terra Phoenix
–Part Two (9 am) – Hop on a narrated bus tour and learn more about our growing neighborhood. Featured project: Union @ Roosevelt
