Mr. Keuth has been President of the Phoenix Community Alliance since January 1, 1998. The Phoenix Community Alliance (PCA) is a non-profit organization formed in 1983 to help create a dynamic and vital central city core.
In addition to his duties at PCA, Mr. Keuth is also the President of the Discovery Triangle Development Corporation (DTDC), the immediate past Chairman of the Phoenix Planning Commission, immediate past President of the City of Phoenix Industrial Development Corporation. He also sits on the board of the Phoenix Community Development and Investment Corporation (PCDIC).
He also serves on the Board of Directors for Valley Partnership and is a member of the Phoenix College President's Advisory Board, the ASU Provost Business Advisory, ASU DPC Business Advisory Council, NAU College of Health and Human Services Leadership Council and the Phoenix Biomedical Campus Advisory Group. He also is vice-chair of the Channel 8-KAET Community Advisory Board and the President’s Advisory Council for Gateway Community College.
Prior to joining PCA, Mr. Keuth headed the Phoenix offices for two architectural/engineering firms that focused on public sector projects including the Herberger Theater, the State Supreme Court Building, numerous elementary and high schools, parks and roadways.
