President, Phoenix Community Alliance

Don-Keuth-webMr. Keuth has been President of the Phoenix Community Alliance since January 1, 1998. The Phoenix Community Alliance (PCA) is a non-profit organization formed in 1983 to help create a dynamic and vital central city core. PCA has been involved in numerous public/private partnerships including Arizona Center, Steele Indian School Park, the Human Services Campus, CityScape and light rail development.

In 2009, Mr. Keuth was named CEO of the Discovery Triangle Development Corporation, a pubic/private partnership that focuses on the area between Downtown Phoenix and Downtown Tempe. The Discovery Triangle is a 25-square-mile economic growth area in the heart of the metropolitan area. The region encompasses the dense urban experience of Tempe and Phoenix, as well as Papago Park. The Discovery Triangle is capitalizing on existing infrastructure, transportation corridors, higher education institutions and hundreds of cutting-edge companies by connecting assets to foster a spirit of innovation.

In addition to his duties at PCA/DTDC, Mr. Keuth served 14 years as a City of Phoenix Planning Commissioner including three years as chairman. During this time, the City developed a new plan for the downtown and adopted an urban form zoning district. At the time, it was the largest urban form district in a downtown core in the United States. He is also a member of the City of Phoenix Industrial Development Authority board and board member for Phoenix Community Development & Investment Corporation (PCDIC), the City’s New Market Tax Credit entity.

He is also the chair of the President’s Advisory Council for Gateway Community College. He is also a member of the Phoenix College Advisory Board and the ASU Downtown Business Advisory Council. He is also the President of the Arizona School for the Arts governing board.
