 We have learned that it is one thing to admire a city where the character of its urban core has long been determined; where most of the hard decisions have already been made; where the contours of its skyline and substance of its neighborhoods offer the comfort of a clear identity. It is quite another thing to share in the day to day struggles that precipitate the metamorphosis from an ordinary city to a great city. It takes tremendous energy and imagination to build a great city. Phoenix has to be more than streets and structures. It has to engage the spirit, hopes, and dreams of its people. The Phoenix Community Alliance is the major private sector catalyst dedicated solely to the revitalization of Central Phoenix. This is our mission. We will gather the resources and work to build this great city, Phoenix! |

 Phoenix Community Alliance Board of Directors presents here our 2007-2008 Strategic Plan. As you will see, this plan has many long range goals. We wish to thank the members of our Executive Committee who participated in the development of this plan. PCA’s 2009 Executive Committee is in the midst of a re-visioning process. Look for an updated plan in the near term that will establish a new dynamic for 2010-2011. We invite you to join PCA to make Phoenix one of America ’s most exciting 21st Century cities! |
